As a TM Really? Dude b#@$% flag being thrown. as a self-professed liar why should we believe anything you say.
My question is: Was this split into 2 companies really necessary? Causing more grief and havoc than anything else. Really hope my job search efforts will pay off within the next month and get something else before the po-p hits the fan
Interns and new grads may be experience d-mb but they're not stupid. They understand NCR is just a stepping stone to work on their resumes and interview from for real jobs with real companies.
The past 7 years after I got a promotion from being a CE for decades, I got the opportunity to listen in on management meetings, what was said was so out of touch and laughable I had to be sure I was muted, the same problems with the same answers over and over. Some acted like they never heard of the problem, the others blamed others in different groups. They never fixed any problems, often made them worse, and when they did implement something, it was across the entire country, causing the territories that were ok to now fail with the other territories that always fail. I was terminated, and I am happily retired, got my severance pay and unemployment pay, I was going to quit anyway, this was bonus money! NCR will continue to fail, management is destroying the brand, and the employees have some of the worst moral I have ever seen. My advice to others would be if your close to retiring, do nothing until they terminate you, get the payout
Nice post about the TM, really hits home. You must be a team member of mine. Lack of leadership and communication plus scare tactics including my TL chipping in. Hoping for a layoff by the time this transition takes place
Anyone who trusts any level of management at NCR is a fool and they deserve what they get. What do they get is nothing but empty promises, lies, and abuse.
As a TM I know, I lie and cheat my FST every chance I get.
but the interns luv it. they must really think there is a job for them after they graduate. i wouldn’t trust ncr if i was them
