Thread regarding Ford layoffs

Ford Failures

Let's name them all!
I'll start with The Hunger March & Ford Massacre.

Then, let's not forget about good ol' Fordlandia.

I'm interested in what else you all can come up with!

@1psk+1nGAVQmA- If the Company stopped rounds of layoffs and became more transparent, maybe we wouldn't have to look here to get the truth.

I believe most folks are frustrated about the mismanagement going on right now, but this topic is going a little overboard.

Flex you muscle and push back against management if you're frustrated, one actually can make a difference. I sit in the same meetings you do, I also see the chat in the town halls and do hope your voice is somewhere in there. Anyone can complain, let's find a way to put your energy to some positive use, even if it means finding an opportunity outside of here.

The industrialist who started this company has done more overall good for society than he did harm and brought many in the United States out of poverty or they wouldn't have packed up all their belonging and moved to Detroit for that wage if things were so good elsewhere.

Last time I looked, there wasn't anyone pointing a barrel to my head forcing me to work here. If people don't like it, they are free to leave. Better yet, float your great resume out there to get a dose of reality check. Maybe one can find something better and may even get paid more significantly, but you will never know until you do it.

Guarantee, the folks running these companies are too busy working and not spending their times reading these boards.

What about when Ford bought Lamborghini in the late 1970's and all the poorly styled vehicles that came soon after...... Finally selling off the brand in the 90s
