When will the travel, hiring, and recognize points freeze begin this year...? I'll start it off with September!

I had to get approval to replace a piece of office equipment that I use daily. An item that is under $100.
Rewards points are only rewards cards, not sent via email I heard. I've yet to see either.
The restrictions were never really lifted except for Recognize. I had to get my backfill posting approved when one of my engineers left in May. I had to get my travel this month approved as well.
I would expect Q2 for travel. I think recognize will continue for some more time.
ExComm approval for travel at Corporate.
Travel is already getting extra scrutiny for approvals. Sept sounds about right.
