Chuck is a bloated behemoth. It's absolutely insane how many layers of management there are. If anybody here has read Pierre Norwood's modern business tenants, it becomes all the more obvious. Businesses run most efficiently with four layers: entry level, supervision, direction (director) and executive. Now look at Chuck and tell me how many layers of middle mgmt need to go.
