I’d love to do an anonymous survey (truly anonymous unlike Glint) to see how many people believe their Schwab managers/peers/employees/clients would be SHOCKED if they quit? Who among us looks super engaged/happy at Schwab but is actually biding their time until they GTFO?

Now this is a metric I can get behind.
Could say the same for my RME. Even they can’t fake it.
Not me but my BM is 100% checked out. They went from 60 in Q1 to 0 in Q3. It generally feels like everyone is crawling towards EOY so we can be put out of our TG misery.
