Thread regarding Charles Schwab Corp. layoffs

How to organize

The correct way to organize would be for all employees to continue working remotely as productively as possible. Let’s put up a unified front by not showing up to offices in October, and by continuing to show that we can work from home just as effectively as being in the office. If Schwab values their employees as much as they purport, they should retain our flexibility and work/life balance instead of demanding that everyone so strictly adhere to a rigid in-office schedule. What happened to innovation and industry disruption? Let’s remind Schwab to “keep looking forward” instead of moving backwards.

This is a great idea from @kwj+1nAmJKbk. I could get behind something like this.

In this RTO chaos, it's us versus them. Knowledge is power; let's balance the scales against the EC.
