I am literally at zero engagement. I was already getting overwhelmed with the amount of work I was dealing with and now these layoffs will make it even harder. It’s sad when you used to love a place so much but the executive council has tarnished the culture to the extent that I hope to be laid off. The trust is gone Walt thanks

Same. They closed our office and made us permanent WFM but then expect us to work as if nothing is happening. As if we are robots. Smile on the phones!!
