I’m seeing a lot of posts regarding unethical behavior from store leadership. If you don’t feel comfortable doing an in store solutions case, I wanted to share that there is an HE number you can call to anonymously report things like this. 800-611-7133. Hold your store leaders accountable. HR doesn’t fu-k around.

Well, it is true! HR could care less about an employee's rightful complaint. However, that is where an Attorney comes in because Macy's is going to PAY for their unethical and inspiteful behavior towards me!!

There has not been HR since Macys let everyone go Five years ago.
Both of you who replied sound like you may have caused problems in the past. Because they take the side of the employee almost every single time. I have seen great managers lose their jobs over small stupid comments they said to a colleague. So unless you’re actually in the wrong HR will help you.
Contrary to popular belief, HR is there to protect the company; not the employees.
got news for you... when they find out your the whiner you will be railroaded out of the company within months to possibly weeks.. macys doesn't care what you think or how you feel then only care about being sued.
