My boss booked a 1on1 for 8 am his time. This was scheduled yesterday. If I am affected I will try to handle with grace.

Do not sign in the first place. Go see any lawyer and speak with him to raise a separation package. The fight has just begun. There is no grace in it. No such a thing when you leave a company like this.
