Given the recent events at Ford and the desire to attract and retain the very best outside talent, should HR offer a Ford-backed bail bonds service for executives and select employees?

Great idea...lets expand it to include accessories. Standard issue for all executives is a bag that includes a hockey helmet (in case you want to headbutt someone), an extra set of keys (if you want to scratch someone's eyes out), some money (in case you dont have enough cash for bail) and maybe a media-ready PR statement (So that the PR people dont have to scramble when something happens).
I like the idea, but I wouldnt put it under HR. I would let Elena administer the program. She has first hand experience in this sort of thing.
