We choose to shoot ourselves in the foot and do many bad other things to make Belk a worst and toxic retail place to work. We choose to declare Belk Chapter 11 bankruptcy and heavy in debts not because they are hard but because they are easy to make money and profits said Don and Sycamore Partners recently!

Oh they do have a goal. It is to slowly siphon away all the profit and resources from Belk until there is nothing left, declare bankruptcy, sell off the parts, then buy more businesses despite their lack of success at running an actual business. A game only rich people can play without going to jail.
A goal is not something we can always be able to reach. It is Just an opportunity or something to aim at and achieve. Well Belk top level executives have no idea and goals at this company. They only consider making money at Belk at any cost and aim at nothing for success. You aim at nothing. You will hit nothing. You are really nothing to us!
