This company is screwed. If you aren't looking, whether you have a pension or not, then you're stupid. I wouldn't trust that the pension will even be there!!

I was checking this site to see what's new at Ford with job cuts... As a guy who enjoyed many new Ford SUVs, my current Ford Explorer ST will be my last Ford... Too many recalls and Sync malfunctions, etc etc. Once I fix the recalls and Sync... I will sell it this $60k POS... Only has 32,000 miles on it. Already got my plans for GMC or Chevy. Good luck catching up to the competition! Oh... every time I fill up, someone says .... Wow nice look ride man! Then I tell them to avoid it!!!
Ford Quality Plan: Fire all the high-cost qualified engineers, hire low-cost unqualified Mexican / Indian engineers, Ford su-ks-up recalls, Executives get bigger bonuses and stock grants.
I have to personally stop working on the quality issues to make certain I get these mandated classes completed. An incomplete on the training will cost me my job, I can get back to the quality problems later.
Nope 👎, no good plan. That left the building when Ford fired great USA 🇺🇸 salary personnel during the past few years and outsourced staffers to Mexico, India, China and Brazil. They know nothing - just ask em !
Ford got what they paid for.
We'd have to buy quality parts and Ford is too cheap to pay for them.
Yes the mandatory 50 hours of quality training will solve the issues. Don't you drink the coolaid.
