This companys idea of diversity is hiring the cheapest labor in the world while slowly eliminating high cost labor everywhere else. Brilliant advertising for DI but you get what you pay for.

What do you expect when engineers working from home are outside playing soccer, mowing the grass, planting a garden… all day. Perhaps there is room to cut some fat.
