I have seen on managers calendar for my area organization chart and employee roles. Has anyone else seen this

Since Ford 2000 IN 1995. The company seems to re-org. every 18 months.

Yes, I have seen the odd ball meeting this past week too. It was more of a ll6+ for their GSR employee roles and work load. That means SIRP round #3 is coming! Buckle up !
Must be an LL exercise. My LL just published our org chart about a week ago.
