Looks like Zayo has laid off most of its Repair people and night crew to use a off shore call center in the Philippines. This will effect the Allstream business segment the most Expect even more of a terrible repair response time than before

Can Zayo's repair response really get any worse? What a joke of a company.
best thing that can happen, is getting layed of from zayo, I scrub commodes now to gain some self respect back
