The whips are gonna start crackin

SMs and above in Express have told TMs they are being too nice and need to start PM over things like handle time. Peons get ready.

@7bgf Disgusting. Disgusting! You’re just getting money, going along to get along. Boss says do this, and you do it. Your son wants to fillet his di-k and bu-terfly his ba--s into a “front hole”, and whatever, because society or something. “Have it tough” is ridiculous. Tough is pushing back, and 98% of losers won’t. Even if it means challenging the boss or actively raising kids.

TMs have it tough. They cant fight management but then have to crack the whip. But, i guess thats the job.

Sometimes cold transfers are better. Nothing is more irritating than ILR or Express talking to someone for a long time and reassigning for “two moving vehicles” with an annoying warm pleasantly voiced intro like you’re the pope about to speak to them.

/Do they think the job is just to keep answering the phone and ending the call two minutes later to take another one?/

got a recent hire friend who got yelled at because they actually tried to dig a little deeper and fix something rather than cold transferring to a CS, so yeah, that what Express Management and Trainers think the job should be.

It’s about time. Too many lazy WFH’ers taking advantage of the company. Bring everyone back in the office now!

Keep the peons in disarray so the elites can rake in dough.

Great timing too. Just as the worst update ever came that makes updating email and phone numbers the worst. Freezing and “locking” the claim when you try, then you can’t even do anything in the claim. Oh well, just tell them to call tomorrow and you gotta go. Next!

Oh wonderful, those tards will just cold transfer everyone (usually to the wrong place) even faster. The CS who gets them hears about how they’ve been on hold forever and transferred 10 times, and will get this same exact sh-t from their SM and TM about AHT. Do they think the job is just to keep answering the phone and ending the call two minutes later to take another one? If we’d actually work these claims correctly, just maybe there wouldn’t be so many call-ins every godda-n day.
