Funny how on 9/24/2022, there was a post on this site, “L3Harris/Waco Hiring Event.” And 2 weeks ago was a lay-off. Awesome management skills! Wonder when the next rif will come!

Not unusual. They probably do this across the board.
At Narda Miiteq they would do a big layoff then a few weeks or months later start hiring.
