If I want to save my mental health, I need to leave as soon as possible. The only thing even more difficult to deal with than all those unrealistic demands is when the manager tries to convince us that they are not unrealistic at all.

You are not alone my friend. Life can push and pull you in many directions and that can lead to significant mental health challenges.
Demands + getting work done around here is easy (lowest Organizational score) = Unrealistic Demands
Unfortunately most likely your manager is in the same boat, the unrealistic demands come down from the very top…
Unrealistic is to be here telling people to stop complaining, the forum is to COMPLAIN!!!
Let me guess…you’re part of management!?
Stop using this forum if the content doesn’t suit you.
Do you work in surgical ou software
The original post says unrealistic demands…… what was the demand?
If it doesn’t suit you then go to a different job. You think managers are different at BSX, GE, …anywhere else? It’s a rarity because reality the manager is in the same place as you. Good luck thinking there’s this magical place where there aren’t demands that might be unrealistic. All corporations do this! Again it’s your choice to stay. If your mental health is a priority then find a solution. If it’s not MDT then find another. Complaining won’t change anything. people are worried about what they need to survive and make ends meet on the day to day.
Based on our financial results for the past 18 months I'd say everything was unrealistic...
What’s unrealistic?
