San Jose bldg in Santana Row is pretty much empty. Hardly anyone is there, NetApp HQ should move to Boulder or PTC.

Why stay in CA and pay high capital expenses?

Lot of middle and lower managers were very quick to rebuke the return to office talk. They don't even have enough desks in San Jose or Raleigh for that anymore.
