I understand there is no name for the new company yet. I am in marketing for a BG and know the IP team is dealing with significant issues. Not sure if the issues are because of a lack of leadership or money or both.

The fact that no CEO has been named is a bad sign. Who is going to lead it? Also I don’t think they even have the money to pay what would be required to do for the separation. Another big idea to have something to say at earnings
The soft spin is delayed by a month. They are now in the process of moving the goalpost on the hardspin date to “q124” citing we never said jan 1 and said q1. There are no consequences till mysoginist mo is fired and teri crocs and the rest of the coc is told they are accountable. Seeing as thats not going to happen, no, no consequences of incompetence at the top of the company. At this point its looking more like dereliction of duty.

I had heard that the Spin off IS delayed... can anyone confirm?
Like any other plan hatched by Monish and Roman, this was was rolled out to great fanfare, but will die quietly. There is no accountability or consequences. Next the spin of healthcare will be delayed, blaming "market conditions for financing" and another "big plan" will be left on the side of the road. Soon following, there will be another big announcement of some other scheme to try to pump the stock, which will follow the same fate.
