Insurance companies announced that they will be spending more to cover elective surgeries (driven by older adults getting stuff they put off during covid), so premiums will rise in the future as the insurers will be using more of that piggy bank to pay out. Insurance companies tumbled after the announcement.

Healthcare systems and med device get more money from electives, hence those stocks rose and the 3% rise in MDT.

Sorry folks, it's not a sign of a C-level coup.
