If you were laid off, do you resent your manager? I'm pi---d off at my manager on behalf of those who were cut in the last round, I can only imagine how those who were actually affected feel. If the cuts made more sense it would be one thing, but the way this was done...no rhyme, no reason...

Racists? Not a fan of what happened, but quit using this term to describe this company. I have seen many people of all cultures rise and get promoted in this company simply to meet a quota. Alot of bad going on this company, but racism isn't one of them.
My manager was the first to be let go. And he never said a word to anybody….
My senior director is totally worthless, and I think he’s still employed while his boss was let go.
My manager stopped replying to my pings soon after layoffs were announced, well you get my point
The problem in Sabre is the managers and directors. They stayed in the company for too long, their knowledge is extremely limited as they only knew Sabre internal things. They became bullies and racists, especially if you didn't engage to the massive licking they've got used to. At the same time they were cancelling people with experience, especially coming from airline and travel background, demanding their peak was Sabre and nothing else... Same goes with the executives, apart of not knowing anything about the industry, encouraging these kind of behaviours from their management makes them being one of the same. People should seek better working environment and leave this behind.. not worth the time investing on this cr-p. Even if you stayed for a while it wouldn't take them long to be on the line for layoff. One could already invest in a better company and continue their growth, not sat waiting to be fired.
When the Mgr is told make a cut list or be cut. They saved their skin till the next cut comes. The spiral is going down for awhile, not sure what is going to turn the ship around. Good luck All
He-l yes! They knew and didn’t say a thing. Reminded me of when they promoted Victoria to run the call center, using her as a tool and then yanking the rug out from under her as well. These managers knew who was going to be cut and said nothing! Sabre uses you and then discards you.
