Why do some employees defend Gainwell?
Why do they get defensive when someone talks about how poorly the company is operated?
Sometimes the truth is hard to hear.

The ones defending Gainwell are definitely the ones driving the bus off a cliff.
Gainwell, DXC, Accenture and Deloitte are all the same.
Deloitte is known to work you like a dog.
Accenture is laying off people and multiple accounts are having issues.
DXC is probably the worst of all of them with layoffs, sending work off-shore in record numbers and no raises.
Maybe the ones defending Gainwell are the ones who are !@#$%-ing it up.
Because it’s hard to admit that they work for a bad company. It’s really hard to admit that they made a poor choice by choosing to work for Gainwell.
But it’s still the truth…
