Anybody heard rumors about Financial sold or being prepared for sale after split? Digital banking rumored to be sold and with diebold sinking due to low paying contracts! Hearing that customers want financial services and machines cheap and NCR don’t wanna cut prices to do it! Hearing networking will be with retail not financial. A lot of indicators point to financial not being in Ncr’s future plan!

After they sell, maybe I can name my price to the new owner, have plenty of time, after getting terminated and going though all that. Not sure I even have any intentions to work again, lol
Would like to know more on the networking T and T calls. I didn’t hear that but if anyone has updated info please share. All along we’ve been told it would go with Financial. If it stays with Retail that would help my team but who knows. We can’t even get an update as to what’s going on. Hayford got the position due to who the current President is LOL. Maybe the test they did in my area with having retail run network calls worked so well now they want to expand. Again anyone with more info please step up

Rewind to a about 2021 when NCR was forsale as a whole company but could not come to terms with black stone. The deal fell through and the stock tanked. The split is obviously a reaction to the deal falling through, they have a plan and know now how to serve up what will sell, to say they have no idea what they will do means your not paying attention, the master plan has been sell off all the hardware and be. Software company, so in my opinion, they maybe be selling both sides if buyers are interested. It’s amazing how many employees for ncr ignore all the warning signs and become oblivious to all the little changes, hiring their heads in the sand pretending everything is ok
Nothing is in NCR’s future plans. They have no plan. Hayford just wants the split to be over, collect his “golden parachute” and move to a non-extradition country so he can’t be tried for his crimes against the employees and SEC violations.
