Everyone I know who left here says they are much happier now and have better jobs.
I'm glad to hear it, but I'm wondering if there are those who accepted some not so good options after leaving Avaya?
Looks like I'll have to become one of them.

ZT is just following his Mitel playbook. No original thought. Just brainless canadian company copycat. Send development to India as he observed his Mitel leaders do.

I left after 6.5 years and couldn't be happier. Didn't realize how miserable I was until I left. A huge weight lifted off my shoulders, and a huge 25k pay rise added on :-)
