I don't think I'll be able to find something better unless I upgrade my skillset. However, it's a challenge while I'm working here because I'm overwhelmed with the work that needs to be done. What's your strategy for growing your skillset, how do you succeed at it?

to guarantee you get hired, make sure you are completely 100% unqualified for the role but available at a moment's notice to suck Geoff Martha's di-k and compliment his christmas jackets. surefire success will follow
