Belk retail outlets are now dirty and toxic unprofessional store managers treating you like a number rather than a human being Belk workers! People are unhappy and leaving Belk retail stores like a sinking cruise ship. The main reason is trust and loyalty Belk is do-g right now to destroy workers at Belk sad and nervous. Without trust from Don Hendricks as poor and incompetent CEO and many before him like Lisa Harper and Nir Patel. Without trust from your Belk store managers, many lies and dishonest culture there can be no loyalty. Without loyalty there can be no growth and happy loyalty Belk workers.
Are you top leaders at Belk hiding something? Stop using productivity metric as method to measure your workers but rather tell the truth and treat them with dignity and honesty at Belk! You know your dirty paper can’t wrap up the fire. The truth sooner or later is coming out no way to hide.
