Any feedback on the consultants being sent to plants

Consultants are heading to USAC plants to train employees. Plants pleas share feedback on what is happening in that training.

Just completed a week kaizen workshop with consultant. Not much benefits actually, we are told the improvements that we already know. What a waste of time.

Shingijutsu (aka the kaizen consultants) is the Japanese consulting company they’ve been using.

They were first used in Hutch late last year before LSS was trashed. They were being considered for an event in Cynthiana, but were cancelled to save cost. I heard they were recently used in the Nevada plant.

Cost is ~$100K for the week for 2 consultants and a translator (they don’t speak English) to be told things the factories already know.

Great use of money Tireman. Go drink another scotch and try not to lose your cool so much at the next townhall.
