Thread regarding AIG (American Intl Group Inc.) layoffs

Feeling of stagnation

My mistake is that I stayed here longer than I should have.
I might be wrong, but now I think that I would have probably made more progress in another company.
I've stagnated a lot and I doubt that I'm the only one here who feels that way?

That’s your sign to leave. Honestly. Just start applying. Once you get a few interviews under your belt, you’ll be back in the game.

You have not only stagnated yourself. You sound like lack of confidence. Best would be to look for a new job and leave the company as soon as possible before the company management stagnates you and your positive energy.

If you feel that way you're probably right. But it's pretty easy to remedy that now. The job market's great for applicants.
