Does anyone know the benefit received by MDT shareholders is from the Renal Care business divestiture (aka NewCo, with Davita)? KP confirmed Mozarc will not affect MDT income statement & balance sheet. We didn’t get a payment for the business. Shareholders didn’t get additional MDT stock? Honestly trying to figure this one out.

They are fighting for survival and have been doing so from their very first day. The leadership is delusional and full of pathological liars. It's an abusive business and absolute horrible place to work. Consider yourself blessed if you do not work for them. Yes, it really is that bad.

From experience working with that shtshow, I can say that Mozarc is a fcking mess of a company. The whole divestiture was a mess. Their structure is awful and lucky for us, they took the most incompetent *ssholes from Medtronic. I don't know Ven Manda, but a couple of his direct reports are the rudest, most arrogant -and yet incompetent- people I've met at Medtronic. The structure is a mess... ssholes acting pompous like they had some kind of Fortune 500 setup when in reality they hired a bunch of Senior Directors unwilling to actually lift a finger and made them triple and quadruple hat. Some of them even quit already, seeing the shtshow on the horizon. I feel sorry for the employees that transferred over. The leadership of Mozart is absolutely unprepared, and that sh*t is going to be a mess and go bust in several markets because of it.
