Class Action Over Vanguard

State Farm is transitioning all 401K investments to Vanguard which is heavily involved in ESG. As this type of investigating violates their fiduciary responsibility, a class action suit on behalf of all employees is a viable option.

As long as they are within SEC guidelines and everything is diversified, there should be no issues. However, if they step ourside those guidelines such as insider trading, they will get cuffed and stuffed.
