Several colleagues who left were not replaced. All their work was distributed to us who are still there and the pressure is enormous. Everyone is afraid of what will happen if someone else leaves. How long does management think it can go on like this? They are just ignoring this issue.

Finance has been decimated. It was already a lean department to begin with. I guess since the board and PE owners are using the company like it is their personal piggy bank it leaves less people to question what is happening.
Good thing it’s only Hertz and at the end of the day, you don’t matter.
We are cattle and must stay in line or off to the butcher.
