Does anyone know how early for your direct manager to receive the list before RIF day?

Getting laid off toward the end of month sucks, because your benefits typically end at the end of the month. If your effective termination date after notice period is at the beginning of the month, your benefits generally run to the end of month before you’ll be on the hook to cover them
Should I take a day off on 5/24?
As if they would care if the dates match or don't match with STX.
It's happening employees will be notified Wed May 24
Would both companies pick the same RIF day? I won't believe that.
I'm sorry May 22nd looks similar to STX date.... visiting wrong thread dude😉😉
It should happen after all hands on 5/11, right? Could it be Wed. on 5/10?
One manager I know shuffling his meetings and mentioned about 1:1 with his reports to talk about some technical stuff. I won't be surprised if it happens end of this week or next week.
I know it will happen before end of June, but this date is just another guess. OP, feel free to give some kind of hint (from internal meetings, etc.) that you think could convince people that the date is legit. I started getting tired worrying about my job. Can't wait until the layoff happens.
Can’t they do literally ANYTHING in a timely fashion? What a POS company
