I know many of you are frustrated with my complete lack of leadership and transparency coupled with my 28% raise last year and implementing RTO.

I just want to let you know that I’m aware of your frustration. I know you are hurting. I know you want this company to find its footing and focus on the mission again.

And, taking in this knowledge and pondering it for months, I still don’t care about you or your ideas. Let’s get that stock price up, up, up!!!! More money for me and the shareholders, baby!

Low morale, zero energy or enthusiasm, TOXIC culture, unproductive managers. So, they layoff us field reps who generate revenue! Super LAME!

Cramer picked BSX over MDT when Geoff took over. It was embarrassing! Still no Hugo or Adrian.

One wonders how much longer the board and shareholders will put up with Martha's dismantling of Medtronic. The frat-boy, bro culture just doesn't work at Medtronic.
