How does it make you feel to be forced to push your work to India, Budapest, Brazil or other locations to ultimately eliminate yourself or a coworker? How much of the mandatory NI OR NSI is comprised of these people that comply and eliminate themselves or others end up as NI or NSI?

I feel great pushing my load of work up an Injun and watch them screaming Oh God, Oh God (in their native language).

I get a thrill up my leg every time I PIP someone after they helped someone in a low cost country eliminate their job. It’s better than S3X.
Pretty bad considering there’s a lot of worthless supervisors that are immune from pips and layoffs. Can’t wait until they are forced to do real work.
