It's sad how this company is sinking. Maybe there is no way to stop it, but I believe there are still ways that leadership could at least slow down that sinking?

You seem like the typical sideline expert. Lots of hot air, but no solid ideas or information.
Here's an innovative idea for ya...start caring about your employees. But the one that's even more important...start caring about your customers. No customers = no employees. Losing market share daily in most illinois stores.
