I’ve had my LinkedIn status on for a week and haven’t even had a dozen hits, I would guess. Recruiters used to bug me like crazy….

If you get laid off from Sabre, the travel/airline industry as a whole is one of the strongest out there. Unless you're in recruiting, it should be fairly easy to get another job. Make connections on LinkedIn, go through your network see who's moved around and if their companies are hiring. ALL airlines are hiring and most are remote friendly also

Middle of the road. Also depends on the skill and the region. Low end jobs are a plenty and they keep paying better and better. So your wages go up but the inflation eats all the gains. Large corporations are hiring much less but they still do hire. Everyone is expecting for something to happen. Not sure what. maybe nothing will happen. Also, everyone is laying off but they are also posting the highest profits ever, go figure brother.
