To track June 2023 layoffs. Atleast 500 to 600 employees will be let go. This is to help some summer savings for the company and claim as expenses for next quarter to show profit. This will also create an average employee productivity hours greater than 40 to show existing labor can take over and provide support without too much spending.

Outsourcing to Accenture will prevent Accenture from getting rid of their resources from the 19000 that was announced. That means help save Accenture.
There will be layoffs. The whole HR looks like is outsourced to some Asian country. The HR person doesn’t have the usual local (US) accent. Irrespective talking to a few senior folks the current goal is to preserve capital and get rid of as much as duplicate resources as possible and outsource routines to accenture.

Yes, I plan on taking all of my PTO this year and my phone and laptop will stay at home. Since I’m not “in the office”, I can’t work, right?
No layoffs here either. Resignations yes...but no layoffs.
In my branch they can't even keep up with the resignations, I don't know if we'll be hit by layoffs
The remaining staff are already at capacity and will not be working any additional hours to compensate for the sake of the “stakeholders” stock and option price manipulation.
