Not getting much info on the agreed upon severance. Has it been decided that it will be 1 weeks pay for the US employees for every year of service? And what about people in BLR. I have colleagues in both places and trying to find out what has been agreed upon. Any insights?

Senior and below is 1 week per YOS (min 4). Principals to Sr. Director are 2 weeks per YOS (max 26). VPs are 26 weeks and SVP is 52 weeks. Severance policy just updated last week for U.S. Partial year does not count. Good luck to all.
Regular employees gets 1 week for every year they worked
Supervisors, Managers, and Directors gets 2 weeks of severance for every year they worked.
Executive’s have their own golden policies payout.
There are limits to the number of weeks based on your position.
I hope they don’t file bankruptcy. I heard that we would not get severance if they do. Is that true?
