Problem with current leadership micro management is that it breeds discontent and disloyalty. Therefore, numbers are artificially inflated at the frontlines by TMs to appease headquarters. Its a complete cluster. Current leadership has lost the workforce, no leadership, no loyalty, no bueno. New leadership is needed now. Correct! I took the buyout a decade ago and things sucked then, nobody should have to put up with the cr-p from "Leadership" who are a bunch of lemmings following orders blindly and making workers suffer for their own amusement. Forming a union would be a good way to start fixing things, I'm in one now and no regrets.
