Some shakeup have happened.
Would enjoy seeing a farewell email from one of our many useless leaders saying, “since I haven’t met my own expectations, it behooves me to RIF myself, effective immediately”. Heck, I’d write the note for them! Blokes ask me if I’m exaggerating when I mention the dysfunction, and once I tell them stories, they get it. Then we query why I’m still here, which is by now a very good question.

They should have started did you check if your friends in actuarial group are still there. All department heads have been notified to pick their favorites so that they can be laid off. Another 10 million to be returned to shareholders before the next quarter
