- RES business is not competitive. Etihad, Hawaiian and Vietnam departures are examples. Poor decisions made by the KRK org contribute heavily to this mess
- AirVision - Airline Planning (scheduling, fare mgmt, rev mgmt) - no investment
- AA NDC - Travelport was first followed by Amadeus to be ready for AA NDC
- Hospitality is on the market to be sold
- Not in the AirCentre business anymore with sale to CAE
- At the current run rate, cash reserve will be depleted in less than a year
