They have no interest in developing employees and would rather see turnover than give someone outside of their inner circle a promotion. The game has always been to reward themselves with more stock at the detriment of the employees.
This is 100 percent true. Everybody who can is leaving for this reason exactly. There's no getting ahead with this management.

People are leaving for personal reasons. Has nothing ta do with mgmt.
HR confirmed that mgmt is ok with turnover due to lack of promotion. If you’re content staying in a dead end job, then you’ve got a cushy one. If you have any ambition or desire to make a better life for your family, then best abandon ship.
