I'm waiting to see if I can get severance, but if nothing happens in the next month or two, I'm planning to leave either way. Plenty of companies are still hiring and plenty of them are better than this place in every possible aspect. Plus, they have a future, unlike this place.

If you are wondering if now is the right time to move on, remember one thing, 3M will not show you any loyalty in exchange for yours.
If you don't get a 15 minute summons in may then wait until July or August. The next round will be 3 to 5K for sure. I'm waiting for the 6 months so I can relax for a month or two on the company dime then find a WFH role at a competitor.
