Will the call centers get worse hit than the development teams ?

what is Savre business in Florida?
Barely any left in call center to let go.
They already have. Florida center isn’t hiring. Texas one is all WFH now after last layoff and closure of first floor. The overseas agents barely speak English and making a mockery of the sales calls. Southlake was doing a fine job but Bewster lives in Florida and was tired of traveling to TX to deal with the Brunson fiasco. Coincidence that a call center opened in Florida after that? I think not. He was known to say his family was tired of him being gone. Florida was destroying the quality and then they even went further by going “global” with overseas agents. The few Texas agents left are shaking their heads at the quality. They decimated the constant moneymaker for the company. These agents made half of what the other floors did. If they did make 65-70 a year it was because they were doing 16 hr shifts.
