When I got laid off, it turned out to be a blessing in disguise! I no longer had to deal with toxic colleagues, or an executive leadership team that just couldn't get their act together. And please, don't even get me started on HR! But you know what? It was all worth it in the end since I landed a new job at an amazing company that treats its employees like gold. It's like a breath of fresh air - I now feel valued, respected, and happy to go to work every day!

Sometimes "doing nothing leads to the very best of something," as Winnie the Pooh has said.
I don't take advice from fictional bears very often, but when it comes to 3M layoffs, I'm erring on the side of Pooh.
Not if you are older than 35.
