Why do you care if it benefits Gainwell?
It benefits me to leave. That’s all that matters. Gainwell doesn’t care about me in the least. So I don’t care about them.
Or they could downsize some unnecessary real estate. Remote work saves on overhead bigtime
For Gainwell, losing all its employees on the same day, would be like winning the lottery. Think of the reduction in overhead. :)
What pending sale?
Gainwell is one of the worst places to be. The horrible leadership, the poor performance, the financial situation, and the pending sale are all going to come to a head. It really is amazing that the employees choose to not admit that the company is not a good place to be.
There are always better places to be!
The greatest thing ever is not having to go back to Gainwell Technologies.
I wish you all the best that are making the choice to stay. Just know that there are better places to be.

I agree everyone should quit this piece of sh-t company. I do understand that it’s real life and we all have priorities and families to take care of, but this company is such trash it’s hard to have any desire at all to stay.
I now understand what it’s like to be stuck in a dead end job. No future for me and no future for the company.
No one probably will quit. But they should.

What is the benefit of staying? I can’t think of anything.

I like the idea. But to make an impact we need like half or more of the workforce to walk out and quit on the same day.
