China, maybe. India? No way, GM has exited that market completely.
Probably planning to shift all the work to China and India where it's cheap.
I could see the Tech Center closing down soon. They have been inching towards that for years, chipping away at the last of the true skilled trades. Only now are they gutting pre production to levels never seen before. Absolute Clowntown over there. The contract guys were all from there.
