How much is severance? Is it true that it is less than previous layoffs?

I was laid off in 2015. Back then in USAC it was 1 week pay for every year of service. With a minimum of a 4wk payout if you had been there less than 4 years.
How much in usa after 10 yrs of service?
And why does Germany has that high packages, not only at 3M?

It depends. Germany is 1.1 month per yer of service. Plus euro 25000. Plus euro 3000 per child I have. Uncapped
