If we want to send a message to "management", don't lease/purchase a Ford vehicle right now. Us employees make up a BIG marketshare of Ford vehicles being driven. If Ford needs to cut expenses, you should follow suit too! They don't have money or loyalty for you...you should have it for them either!

Teslas are expensive junk that are owned by wealthy liberals to virtue signal. Why spend that much money on something with terrible fit and finish.

Buy a Tesla. Most American made car. Better tech and MUCH more car for the money compared to Mach E or Lightning.
Wouldn’t put my family in any Ford vehicle. They are all a “hot mess” and just a matter of time before they are recalled or catch on fire.
